Altitude Amenities started with a simple observation: the vending industry had stopped innovating. Property managers were stuck with outdated machines, inconsistent restocking, and vendors who treated their buildings as an afterthought.

Altitude Amenities was founded by a team of operators and builders who saw the same pattern everywhere: broken machines, stale inventory, and zero transparency. Between Matt's decade leading enterprise SaaS sales teams across the U.S., U.K., and New Zealand, and Mansoor's experience bootstrapping a real-estate operations company to ~$50M ARR, they set out to apply a modern operator playbook to a category that had been overlooked for decades.

Today, Altitude Amenities is a full-service convenience retail company serving properties nationwide. Every machine we place is AI-optimized for the specific community it serves — from product selection and inventory timing to theft prevention and real-time performance analytics.
